As an engineer I always think about building the things I wish exist. This is what led me to start Gingeryam.

Good nutrition and exercise has been important to me for many years. However, eating the right kinds of food 5 or 6 times a day everyday has always been a challenge -- especially while working at an office all week. As a software designer I envisioned a system where I could choose the foods I like and organize them into meals according to my nutritional needs. A system with lots of healthy great tasting natural food that gives me complete control to order whatever I want whenever I want. These goals are what we strive to achieve at Gingeryam and I hope we will help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Dadi Revivo, Executive Chef
  Dadi has traveled the globe seeking inspiration and has had extensive experience with various cuisines, markets and restaurants. He has not only become a world-class chef, but a veritable citizen of the world and a connoisseur of culture. Having worked with numerous internationally renowned chefs, Dadi has developed passionately venturesome yet efficient expertise.

Dadi's avant-garde talent piqued the culinary industry's interest in New York City, where he worked for the world famous Spice Market, owned by the celebrated chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

For Dadi, daring new concoctions of food have limitless possibilities, allowing him to create a diverse array of internationally influenced food. From a passion for fresh ingredients to funky and counterintuitive flavor combinations--the likes of which may be overlooked in most kitchens--Dadi's creations are truly unique.
