Meals Manager Overview The Meals Manager is divided into 3 main sections.
1
Meal Slots
The Meal Slots section is where menu items are organized into meals for each day of the week.
2
Menu Items
The Menu Items section contains the categories and items available on the menu.
3
Order Information
The Order Information section contains a summary for the current day along with other general information and controls.

The main idea is to add items from the Menu (2) into the Meal Slots (1) and use the Order Information (3) to save and view information.
Meal Slots Begin by selecting the day you would like to add meals to by clicking on one of the day tabs at the top of the panel. This panel contains slots for the meals of the day with an additional slot for beverages and supplements. You can build meals by adding items from the menu located in the "Menu Items" section (see below). Once you have finished adding items to a slot you can use the "AutoCalc" feature to automatically adjust the portion sized to meat your target values for a meal. You can also click on the favorite (star) icon to save the meal as a favorite so you can easily add it in the future.
Menu Items To view the items available on the menu click on a category in the panel to the left. When a category is selected the items inside it will be displayed on the right. To add an item to a meal simply drag it by the title bar or use the "Add" button on the item panel. You can view information about each item by hovering the mouse over the icons located in the lower right of the items panel.

Note: When an item is draggable the move mouse icon will appear.
Order Information The top of the Day Summary panel contains status information along with a graph and table showing the calorie and macronutrient breakdowns for the day. The graph shows the cumulative percentages of protein, carbohydrates, and fat compared to the target values. Underneath is a table showing the corresponding numbers. In the lower part of the panel is general information about the current order and delivery times. You can view more details about the underlined fields by clicking on them. The two buttons at the bottom are used to save your current order (for all days) or reload all the data from the most recent save.

Note: The currently saved items are committed for delivery and your account is charged when the "Order cutoff" time is reached.
